We proudly honoured the accomplishments of the Class of 2024 in May, a cohort defined by resilience, growth, and academic excellence. Our Eduvos campuses across South Africa celebrated as family, friends, faculty, and staff gathered to applaud the achievements of our graduates.
This year, 2,959 graduates crossed the stage to receive their qualifications, joining a growing and dynamic community of Eduvos alumni who are ready to shape the future with confidence and purpose.
Among them:
These numbers reflect far more than academic milestones; they represent stories of courage, perseverance, and self-belief.
The Class of 2024 was filled with remarkable individuals whose stories reflect the resilience and purpose-driven spirit of Eduvos graduates. For Noliqwa Mhlambi, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science graduate, the journey was nothing short of life changing. “In 2022, I enrolled at Eduvos… the best decision I’ve ever made. I found more than just a higher education institution; I found a community that supported me both academically and emotionally. From rock bottom to walking in purpose, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude.”
For Sinethemba Maseko, who graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Honours in Information Technology (Software Engineering), success came from courage and risk: “Last year I took a leap of faith and enrolled for my Honours qualification… I not only completed my qualification, but I also went beyond what I had always hoped for.”
Tamichka Naidoo, a Bachelor of Science in Biomedicine graduate and Golden Key Honour Society member, shared how her academic growth fuelled her deeper purpose: “In my third year, I earned a spot in the Golden Key International Honour Society… I now hold a degree that reflects my passion for healthcare and my commitment to making a diafference.”
And for Somtochukwu Nwobu, who graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Honours in Information Technology (Security and Network Engineering), the qualification symbolised more than academic achievement: “This degree isn’t just about troubleshooting computer systems… It’s a symbol of discipline, resilience, and the quiet strength it takes to keep going.”
With more than 85% of the graduating class completing qualifications across a range of disciplines, from law and commerce to science and the humanities, these graduates represent more than academic success. They embody Eduvos’ commitment to equipping students with real-world skills, ethical grounding, and a future-focused mindset. Siegie Brownlee, Eduvos CEO, shared her pride:
“We’re immensely proud of the class of 2024. They have demonstrated the determination to succeed in the face of ongoing change and uncertainty in a rapidly evolving world. At Eduvos, we’re intentional about preparing our students for the jobs of the future. These graduates are ready to lead, to innovate, and to make meaningful contributions in whatever path they choose.”
Eduvos’ commitment to student success doesn’t end at graduation. Through the Eduvos Employability Centre, students receive guidance as they transition into the workplace or further their studies. Our alumni network also continues to grow, offering support, mentorship, and new opportunities long after students leave campus.
To every graduate, you did it. You rose to the challenge, pushed through uncertainty, and emerged stronger, bolder, and ready to lead. As you take your next step, whether into the workforce, entrepreneurship, or further study, know that our Eduvos community stands behind you.
As graduates, you’re change-makers and leaders in the making. Congratulations, Class of 2024. Your future is bright, and your journey is just beginning.
