Eduvos is one of South Africa’s largest independent private higher education institutions with 12 campuses across the country. We offer over 20 internationally recognised qualifications across four future-facing faculties namely applied science,Commerce and Law , humanities,and Information Technology .

Recognition of Eduvos Degrees

Eduvos is a degree granting private higher education institution registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training, quality assured by the Council for Higher Education and its qualifications is registered with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).

History

Eduvos has a long history that started in 1979 with the founding of the Computer Technology Institute (CTI) that was later merged with Midrand Graduate Institute (MGI) and operated for some years as Pearson Institute of Higher Education (PIHE). The new name of the institution was the result of a change of ownership and a new focus on high quality, blended learning across Africa.

Part of a larger family

Eduvos is part of the NetEd Group that focuses on building an integrated higher education platform with a uniquely South African and African focus. As part of the group students have access to postgraduate studies at the DaVinci Business School (www.davinci.ac.za) where students can complete post graduate qualifications up to PhD level in leadership, technology and innovation based on the DaVinci philosophy of enabling people to find their unique contribution to these areas. Additionally cutting edge Executive Education for corporate inhouse training is facilitated through the Stellenbosch Business Institute (www.sbinstitute.co.za). This grouping has the ability to provide integrated solutions to service the needs of the continent through education.
