How to Pre-Enrol.

Pre-Enrol Online 

Our simple pre-enrol process is designed to set you up for success. Pre-enrol online and pay your R300 pre-enrolment fee to start your Eduvos learning journey. You will need to upload a copy of your ID, your parent/sponsor ID and your latest academic results.


Acceptance

Eduvos will review your pre-enrolment to confirm you meet entry requirements. We will then send you a quote relevant to your qualification of choice.

1st Fee Instalment

To finalise your enrolment with Eduvos,please pay your 1st fee instalment or make an upfront payment using our online payment method. Proof of payment (POP) can be sent to payments@eduvos.com. Please use your student number or ID number as your payment reference.

Submit Final Results

In January, when you have your final results, please email your Student Affairs Advisor (SAA) to finalise your enrolment.

Orientation & Systems Access 

Once you’re fully enrolled with Eduvos, you will receive your orientation information, timetable, access to myLMS and Office 365 account.

What is Pre-Enrol?

As the only institution offering the opportunity to pre-enrol, we’re giving you a chance to secure your seat at the best private higher education provider in South Africa

Can I pre-enrol without my final results?

You don’t have to wait for the release of your final results in January, you can pre-enrol with your latest academic results and finalise your enrolment when you receive your school leaving certificate.

What are the steps to Pre-Enrol?

  • Complete the online pre-enrolment form
  • Submit a copy of your/parent/sponsor ID and latest school results
  • Pay the R300 pre-enrolment fee

What is the difference between an applicant and pre- enrolled student?

An applicant is a student who has completed the application form and submitted all required documentation and paid the R300 application fee. By giving you the opportunity to pre-enrol, we’re offering you peace of mind in securing your space at any one of our 12 campuses.  We understand the pressure of your final year in school with mid-year exams, preliminaries, finals, and the wait for your results. You will also complete the application form and pay your R300 and 1st-month instalment to secure your seat. When your final results are released, we will update your profile and finalise your enrolment.

How do I know when I’m fully enrolled?

For your enrolment to be finalised, and to allow access to our Learner Management System (LMS), you will need to complete the required enrolment fee, which is an upfront payment or first month's instalments, and return your required documents (Signed Enrolment Contract with Quote).

Following acknowledgment of enrolment, you will receive:

  • Details regarding our mandatory Orientation and Induction Programme
  • Access to the Eduvos Learner Management System (myLMS), Conditions of Enrolment, Timetable, Module Guides, and access to your Office 365 account.

What do the fees include?

Our 2024 fee schedule is available here. The published fees only cover your tuition and exclude textbooks, stationery, and any other requirements. Eduvos has upfront and monthly payment options available.

Can I only pre-enrol online?

No, you are more than welcome to visit any of our 12 campuses nationwide. You will be welcomed by a friendly face, and one of our dedicated Higher Education Consultants on campus will assist you in your pre-enrolment.

Can I get help with funding my studies?

Yes, we have several funding partners including Capitec Education Finance, MANATI, Student Hero, ABSA, and more. Please find our funding partners here.

Do the campuses have their own accommodation and residence facilities?

No, but we have partnered with Respublica and Digsconnect. For more information on accommodation facilities at our individual campuses, get in touch with a campus near you.

Can I visit the campus and have a guided tour?

Yes, you can reach out to your campus to organise a visit, or you can join us at any of our National Open Days for a campus tour and so much more. Keep an eye on our events page for upcoming Open Days.
