Kicking Off Our Eduvos Career Fairs.

Post by Eduvos, March 13, 2024.

Are you deciding on the qualification for your dream career or in the middle of your academic journey? Eduvos is hosting its first Career Fairs for 2024, on Saturday, 16 March across all 12 campuses nationwide.

Career fairs aren’t just for recent graduates or seasoned professionals; they cater to prospective and current students, job seekers, employers, recruiters, and industry professionals alike.  They foster connections and open doors to potential career paths.

In our commitment to empowering young learners, Eduvos is delighted to present a distinctive opportunity for students to directly connect with professionals in their respective industries. Our Career Fairs showcase experts from diverse companies across various fields, who will be sharing their personal insights, expertise, and knowledge regarding potential career avenues. This interactive platform enables students to delve deeper into the workings of different professions and understand what it takes to excel in them.

What are the benefits of attending a career fair?

Connecting Qualifications to Careers
The primary aim of the Career Fairs is to provide students with the necessary information to make well-informed decisions about their future academic pursuits. Participants will have the opportunity to explore our academic offerings and pathways essential for pursuing their chosen careers. It’s your chance to ask for information about specific positions, determine the types of jobs you’re most interested in and gain an understanding of industry – all directly from potential future employers.

Matrics Can Pre-Enrol for 2025
This is a great opportunity for matric learners to secure their place at Eduvos. Discover over 20 qualifications, receive free career guidance, and experience the Edu-vibe on a guided campus tour.  We’ll provide you and your parents/guardians/sponsors with everything you need to know about studying at Eduvos in 2025, from the pre-enrolment process to fees, funding partners and the benefits of private higher education.

Building Your Corporate Network
Current Vossies and pre-enrolled Vossies will benefit from networking with our industry partners and learning from the best in the business. In addition to our career fairs, we further equip our Vossies to become real-world-ready with work integrated learning programmes, work-vac placements, and internships – to name a few. The dedicated Eduvos employability centre and alumni society will further support our Vossies in finding the right role to succeed in their careers.

Don't miss our Open Day and Career Fairs, this Saturday 16 March. It’s your chance to connect with our industry partners and learn about your dream career, and which Eduvos qualification will get you there.

In addition to our industry partners, each campus has invited accommodation providers, funding partners, select banking institutions, Van Schaick bookstores and even some local gyms. We’ve got everything you need to succeed in your learning journey.
