Kindly provide the below details to setup the payment. Application fees are R 300.00. Other fees are as per the Fees schedule. You will be redirected to secure Payfast page to submit this information.  Please note that Eduvos does not store any of this information. Also remember to submit your proof of payment - preferably with your ID number and student number so that we can match you payment to payments@eduvos.com

At Eduvos, your security is our top priority. Here are some of the security measures we have in place to ensure you're making a safe and secure payment.

  1. Secure Payment Methods:

    We only accept secure payment methods via the platforms mentioned on our website which include Paygate, Zapper, Karri and Flywire as well as Credit Cards on campus. We will never ask for payments to be made via platforms such as WhatsApp or into a personal bank account. We are not planning on any change to our banking details, therefore any request to do so must be ignored.

  2. Proof of Payment:

    Please send your Proof of Payment to our secure email account: payments@eduvos.com. We will only request banking information where a debit order or a refund is requested in which case the below processes must be followed.

  3. Debit Orders:

    To set up a debit order with Eduvos, please only use our secure, online Debit Order Form page: https://www.eduvos.com/debit-order-form/. We will never ask for this information to be sent via email or WhatsApp. Any changes requested must be sent to debitorder@eduvos.com.

  4. Refunds:

    Any request for a refund must be submitted to refunds@eduvos.com. Banking details can only be completed on a secure link from our external verification agency, EFTSure. The online link will be sent from verifications@eft.eftsure.co.za. EFTSure will be verifying bank details submitted against the relevant sponsor ID number. Where the banking details do not match the ID number, the sponsor will be required to submit further approval and it will be followed up telephonically.

All Eduvos communication will be sent from an eduvos.com account with the exception of EFTSure above. Please do not act on any communication from a foreign address. We will never ask you to share sensitive data through email or social media.
