Our Continued Journey with the NFDA.

Post by Eduvos, February 9, 2024.

In October 2023, we announced our partnership with the National Funeral Directors’ Association (NFDA) of Southern Africa and the launch of our Higher Certificate in Business Management (Funeral Management).

At Eduvos, inclusivity is at the heart of everything we do. We're deeply honoured to partner with an organisation like the NFDA, which shares our commitment to embracing diversity and serving all cultures and religions with dignity and respect. This alignment of values underscores the significance of our collaboration and reinforces our dedication to fostering positive change in the funeral management industry.

Eduvos presented at the NFDA's Annual General Meeting in Gordon's Bay in November 2023. Willie Trytsman, Eduvos Business Development Manager, represented Eduvos and shared our mission to shape potential in our students towards Africa’s prosperity and encourage working professionals to upskill and remain relevant in the workplace.

As a thank you for the warm welcome and to reaffirm our partnership, we had a lucky draw for two Eduvos online short courses, to the value of R8,000 each. In addition, the NFDA sponsored an additional two online short courses. The lucky winners included NFDA members Gillian Tilling, Natasha van Zyl, Ayanda Nkosi and Bernice Baloyi. Congratulations, we hope you thoroughly enjoy working through your short course of choice.

Moreover, our commitment to fostering corporate partnerships, which benefit our students, remains unwavering. We look forward to our continued partnership with the NFDA and embarking on a journey that promises to redefine industry standards and elevate opportunities for aspiring funeral directors across South Africa.

We believe that by working together with industry leaders like the NFDA, we can create meaningful opportunities for students and working professionals to upskill and set themselves apart in the workplace.
