A Faculty Grounded in Real-World Legal Experience

A key advantage of studying Law at Eduvos is the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting through the Eduvos Law Clinic at our Midrand campus.

As part of the Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) requirement, the clinic allows students to gain practical, supervised experience while serving the community. You will work directly with clients, assist in real legal matters, and develop professional skills under the guidance of qualified and admitted attorneys.

Students are exposed to areas such as family law, labour law, and consumer law, while also contributing to meaningful initiatives like drafting wills and providing free legal assistance to those who cannot afford private representation. This experience not only strengthens your CV but also fosters a strong sense of ethical responsibility and purpose.

Additionally, the faculty regularly hosts on-campus moot court sessions and court visits, allowing students to refine their advocacy, research, and legal reasoning skills in a practical environment. Our law students also actively participate in both local and international moot court competitions, gaining valuable exposure and experience, including notable participation at the Christof Heyns African Human Rights Moot Court Competition and the 14th Annual Child Law Moot Court Competition.
