Skills Audit

Recruitment Skills Audit

The Recruitment Skills Audit services are customised to the unique needs of each employer. Please contact us for a quote.

How it Works
  • You send us the job specifications. Share the qualification criteria or learning outcomes required for the role you’re recruiting for.
  • If your candidate does not hold a formal qualification, we use RPL principles to map and match your shortlist or candidate’s work experience against the outcomes of the qualification you need.
  • Receive a Statement of Achievement (SoA). We identify any gaps between what your candidate knows and what they are required to know. This allows you to make an informed decision when hiring new employees. Employers are provided with a detailed SoA feedback report so that you can make an informed decision when hiring new employees
What You’ll Learn from the SoA
  • Whether the candidate has the skills and experience to perform the role.
  • Which areas, if any, require gap closure training to meet the full qualification requirements.
  • Identifies which on-the-job (OJT) areas the new hire may need support or upskilling in.
  • Helps spot potential candidates for long term talent retention and succession planning.
