How to become an Eduvos International Student:

Enrol Online

Our simple online enrolment process is designed to set you up for success. Enrol online today!

Enrolment Documentation

When enrolling at Eduvos, it is important that you have all relevant documentation ready. This will include:

  • Latest academic results
  • Copy of your Passport/ID
  • Copy of your Parent/Guardian or Sponsors Passport/ID
  • Original/certified copy of inner sleeve and visa in your passport

Additional Documentation

International student admission requires additional documentation. Some of which include:

  • Applying/securing your permit or visa (where applicable) * International students are required to apply for medical aid.
  • Qualification evaluated by the relevant South African Authority Institutions, which include SAQA or USAf. Read more

Processing international documentation might extend the finalisation of your enrolment to about two weeks or more. *Not applicable for distance learning students

First Fee Instalment

International students are required to make an upfront payment or pay a minimum deposit of 30% of the chosen payment option before enrolment can commence.

Orientation Documentation

Once you are fully registered with Eduvos you will receive your orientation documentation which includes access to your very own student portal (myLMS), Vossie email address and more.

Is Eduvos Internationally Recognised?

Yes, we are internationally recognised, however, your accrediting bodies (such as the Council on Higher Education CHE) are from the country where you will do your qualification. Our institution and qualifications are accredited by the same bodies as those of public institutions.

What Qualifications Does Eduvos Offer?

What Is The Duration of the Qualifications?

This depends on the selected mode of study (full-time, online, part-time or self-paced). Qualification duration for our full-time higher certificate qualifications ranges between 8 months and one year, and for our degrees, 3 to 4 years. Our online part-time qualification durations range between 18 months and 5 years.

How do You Assist in Achieving the Students’ Successes?

At Eduvos we have Employability Centres, Student Centralisation, Support Structures and Industry-Led Curriculum that is relevant so that our students will be successful in the workplace.

Do You Assist with Job Placements?

We have a dedicated Employability Centre that assists with placements, internships, how to create your CV, how to succeed in job interviews – to name a few.

I am Having a Problem Applying Online - What Do I Do?

Please contact your local campus for assistance or email your supporting documents to enrolment@eduvos.com and a Higher Education Consultant will contact you.

What Process is Followed in Recognising Subjects as Credits when a Student is Coming from Another Institution, or When They Leave Eduvos to go to Another University?

It is the exact same process as any other University/Institution of Higher Education. RPL Process (Recognition of Prior Learning) or a CAT Process (Credit Accumulation and Transfer), includes an application process where the candidate will need to submit course descriptions and supporting documents for all relevant subjects, applying for RPL/CAT. There is a fee payable for all modules applied. There is a regulatory standard that no more than 50% of credits of a completed qualification will be allocated.

PS: If you are not an international student and you complete the international student form - then you are marked as an international student and you have to pay the international student fees. We recommend that you fill in the Enrol 2024 form if you are a South African student.
