Programmes include the Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Bachelor of Commerce in Law, Bachelor of Arts (Law and Politics), and Bachelor of Arts (Law and Economics).

The Faculty of Law qualifications are accredited by SAQA and CHE. The LLB qualification is designed in accordance with national requirements and provides the foundation if you wish to pursue admission as an attorney, advocate, or further postgraduate legal studies.

The Faculty of Law makes use of flexible, technology-enabled learning methodologies to enhance student learning and produce industry-ready students. For our LBB qualification, you can join three hours of optional, synchronous national online lectures each week, led by subject matter experts in a TED Talk-style format. In addition, two hours of optional, campus-based support sessions provide hands-on learning through tutorials and case discussions. All lectures and sessions are recorded, allowing you to review content at your own pace and reinforce your understanding.
