How to Enrol at Eduvos: Your Guide to Self-Service.

Post by Eduvos, September 7, 2026.

Starting your higher education journey is an exciting step towards creating the future you envision for yourself. From submitting your application to choosing your modules and completing your enrolment, there are a few important steps to take along the way.

The Eduvos Self-Service Portal puts many of these steps in one place, giving you a convenient way to manage your application and enrolment journey. You can update your information, upload your school results, select your programme and modules, complete your enrolment contract, pay your application fee, and submit your proof of payment – all through the portal.

To help you get started, here is what you can expect at each stage of your enrolment journey.

1. Start with Your Application

Your journey begins by applying to study at Eduvos.

You can apply and submit your application on the Eduvos website. Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an invitation code to access the Eduvos Self-Service Portal. The portal process begins after you have applied and set up your login credentials.

Tip: If you struggle to log in - use the Bot on the Self-Service portal to support you.

2. Register and Access Self-Service

Once you have received your invitation code, use it to access the Self-Service Portal.

Select Sign Up with Invite Code and add your new student number to the Invitation Code field. Select Register to set your password. Thereafter you can log in using your email address and new password under the Applicant Log In tab. Once you are logged in, you can begin working through the information required to progress with your enrolment.

Think of Self-Service as your central point for completing the steps required before you start your studies.

3. Check and Update Your Information

Before you move on to other sections, you will need to complete any outstanding pre-enrolment information in the Contact Details section. If information is missing, the relevant section will be flagged, and other sections may remain unavailable until this has been completed.

Once this is done, work through the different sections to make sure your personal information is correct.

You can update details such as your contact information and sponsor information directly through the portal. Remember to submit or save your changes as you move through each section.

If you are an international student without a valid South African ID, you will also be able to provide the relevant information under the International Student Information section located in the Self-Service tab.

Keeping your information accurate helps ensure that the details linked to your student record are up to date as you move through your enrolment journey.

4. Add Your Grade 11 or Matric Results

Your school results are an important part of the application and enrolment process.

Through Self-Service, you can update your Grade 11 or Grade 12 results, depending on if you are applying as a student currently in matric or if you have already matriculated. You will be asked to provide your school's name, results type, and year of matriculation, before adding each subject and your corresponding marks. If you are a postgrad student, you will also be able to upload your transcripts.

To upload your marks, you will need to go out of the Contact Details section and go to the Self-Service tab for this function.

Make sure that the information you enter matches your results documentation and that all relevant subjects and marks have been captured before saving your completed rows.

5. Select Your Programme and Modules

With your application information and results captured, you can move on to selecting your programme and modules in the New Student Enrolment section.

Some information from your application will already be pre-populated, making it easier to work through this section. You will select your preferred qualification and payment method, followed by your preferred intake and campus.

Your core modules will then be determined based on your selected intake and campus. If your qualification includes electives, you will also be able to select your preferred options.

If you are studying online, you will still need to select a preferred campus based on your closest site so that you can receive campus-specific information.

Once you have made your selections, click Load Modules and then Update Record. If applicable, select your electives.

Not sure which electives to choose? Speak to your Higher Education Consultant (HEC) for guidance on your options. If you are unsure who your HEC is, our website bot, Evo, will be able to assist you. It can answer your questions and direct you to the right person for assistance. You can find this bot on the bottom right-hand side of any page on the website.

6. Create and Accept Your Enrolment Contract

Once you receive a notification to proceed, you can move on to the next stage by selecting Next Step: Create Quote. If you had to leave and come back, you can simply go to the My Quote/Contract tile to pick up where you left off.

You will be able to view your quote lines and admission fees before electronically signing your quote. Your signed quote forms part of your enrolment process.

Take a moment to review the information carefully before signing so that you understand the details of your enrolment.

7. Submit Your Proof of Payment

After completing the enrolment process, you will be able to submit your proof of payment through Self-Service.

Select Next Step: Proof of Payment and use Add Files to upload proof of payment for your first instalment, upfront payment, or bursary approval letter.

Once your required steps have been completed, your enrolment can be finalised.

Your Next Chapter Starts Here

Your enrolment journey is made up of several important steps, but you don't have to navigate them all at once.
